People judge
what they
can see.

Some of the best businesses we've met are almost invisible.

They care about their customers and are excellent at what they do. But before someone gets in touch, very little of that is visible.

Nobody judges your business by one thing. They piece it together from everything they can see:

Your brand Your website Your social media Your reviews Your sales emails Your photography What AI says about you

Together, they determine how much confidence someone has in your business before the first conversation. London Lane makes sure they all tell the same story.

That's the work we do.

Work you can walk into.

Recent builds, live and in production: the name, the identity, the website, and the system behind each. Not mockups, not concepts; working businesses with the lights on.

How it works.

The same four steps for every engagement, whether it's a one-pager or the whole system.

    Tell us what you need.

One short message. You hear back within a day with a straight read on fit, price, and timing.

  2. 02

    A fixed price, in writing.

Price and timeline agreed before anything starts. No hidden fees and no surprises.

  3. 03

    We design, write, build.

You see the work as it takes shape, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

  4. 04

    You own everything.

Files, design, copy, accounts: yours outright. We provide a 60-day warranty, and continued support, maintenance, or builds at any time.

Pricing, up front.

The exact figure depends on scope, so here are the brackets before you ever get on a call. We set the final number with you before we start, never somewhere in the middle.

  1. The One-Pager One page, complete

  3. The Full Build Scoped to the job

Multi-page site, complete identity system, and copy end to end. For firms making their defining move and intending it to last.

Our people
Dane Gorton, founder Chantelle Poirier, director
Twenty years building brands, websites, and the systems that grow them.
The business people trust first is usually
the one that wins the work.
Dane, founder

Dane has been building brands and websites for twenty years, professionally for companies since 2015. He led and rebuilt the marketing, business development, and public relations functions at a national firm: repositioning the brand, rebuilding the website, and building its social channels from the ground up. He develops and implements sales pipeline systems that turn scattered outreach into a repeatable engine. For the past few years he has worked closely with AI, and since 2025 has built custom agents and skills for specific jobs: tools that carry out real business tasks and give salespeople capabilities they did not have before, from instant website reviews to research that used to take a month. London Lane brings all of it together: the brand people meet first, the website that has to earn their trust, the pipeline that turns attention into signed work, and the AI that moves it faster.

The voice behind every client relationship.
The reason working with us feels easy.
Chantelle, director

Chantelle runs the client side of London Lane: the client voice, the operations, and the insights engineer behind the work. She is who you hear from on the first call, who keeps your onboarding on track, and who turns what she learns about your business into the insight that shapes everything we make for you. Her background is in service-led, client-facing work - the kind of environment where tone, timing, and attention to detail aren't nice-to-haves, they're everything. That sensibility runs through every account she manages: the warmth of a real relationship, paired with the discipline of someone who will not let a detail slip. Chantelle is the reason working with London Lane never feels like managing a vendor.

Fair questions.

Asked before nearly every project. If yours isn't here, send it; you'll get a straight answer within a day.

Who owns the output when it's done?

You do. Websites, social posts, brochures, brand files: anything we produce for you is yours once it's handed over. Nothing is held on a platform you can't leave, and if you ever move on, everything comes with you.

How do payments work?

Website and brand builds are half on signing, half on delivery. Social media and Marketing Partner run month to month. No invoices you didn't see coming.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Every build carries a sixty-day warranty: if something breaks or misbehaves, we fix it, no charge. After that, an optional maintenance package at $100 a month keeps the site updated, backed up, and fast.

Am I signing a long contract?

No. Builds are fixed-price projects with a start and an end. Social media and Marketing Partner are month to month with thirty days' notice. Work that's earning its keep doesn't need a lock-in.

How long does a build take?

One page websites can go live within days, but usually builds take a few weeks to a few months depending on the size and scope of a project. The timeline arrives in writing alongside the price, and we hold to it.

We already have a brand. Do we start over?

No. The brand pass aligns the site with what you have. If the identity genuinely needs work, we'll say so, price it separately, and leave the decision with you.

Where are you based?

Kelowna, British Columbia and San Francisco, California. Our clients are across the world. We keep in touch with reviews and updates over email, phone, and video calls, and you'll always know the person doing the work.

Tell us what we're building.

One short note. You will hear back within a day, with a straight answer about fit, price, and timing.
